Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for the 2026 strategic initiative, identifying disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop future scenarios and strategic roadmaps aligned with organizational growth objectives
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to embed foresight into product development, market expansion, and operational planning
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of industry disruptors, academic partners, and innovation hubs
- Present compelling foresight narratives to stakeholders through data-driven visualizations and executive briefings
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype solutions for 2026 challenges
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure foresight ROI and strategic alignment
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business Analytics, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation management, or consulting with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technology assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation portfolio
- Deep understanding of AI, biotech, climate tech, and decentralized systems
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Experience managing cross-functional teams across tech, R&D, and marketing domains
- Portfolio demonstrating successful strategic initiatives implemented within 3-5 year horizons
