Responsibilities

- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing organizations
- Manage a portfolio of emerging technology investments
- Mentor junior futurists and build a global foresight network
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology strategy
- Proven track record of translating complex futures into business strategies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains: AI/ML, biotechnology, or climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological or societal transformation
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Experience managing innovation pipelines or venture portfolios
