Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation strategy, integrating AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and launch breakthrough products with 3-year market impact
- Analyze global megatrends to identify $100M+ investment opportunities
- Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring innovation ROI in emerging markets
- Present strategic foresight reports to C-suite and board members quarterly
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of academic, government, and industry partners
- Oversee the development of patent portfolios for next-gen technologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Systems Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or technology leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching products with $50M+ ARR
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (ACF/SFPS) or equivalent
- Deep knowledge of Web3, AGI, and climate tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful innovation initiatives
