Responsibilities
- Develop 2026 strategic foresight frameworks through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario-planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive technologies
- Author quarterly white papers on AI, biotech, and climate adaptation impacts
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing into development roadmaps
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry pioneers
- Present strategic recommendations at investor summits and industry conferences
- Oversee the creation of our annual 'Future State' innovation incubator program
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology research
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Proven track record of publishing industry-shaping trend reports
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic decision-making frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in Futures Methodology (e.g., from WFS or APF) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 2026+ strategic impact in previous roles
