Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions in AI, biotech, and sustainable tech
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders using data-driven visualizations and compelling narratives
- Build and nurture an ecosystem of industry futurists, academics, and disruptors
- Integrate foresight methodologies into product development lifecycle and strategic planning
- Drive organizational change by embedding future-thinking principles into company culture
- Monitor emerging regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of breakthrough technologies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 12+ years experience in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year future-oriented strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
