Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Translate future scenarios into R&D priorities and product innovation pipelines
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Author thought leadership publications on emerging technology impacts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futurism, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional presentation skills with C-suite experience
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Published work in innovation or foresight journals preferred
