Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 Strategic Foresight Framework using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario modeling
- Produce quarterly Future State Briefs translating emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) and societal shifts into strategic opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype 2026-ready solutions with engineering and design teams
- Establish global partnerships with research institutes, startups, and policy think tanks
- Present future scenarios to executive stakeholders through immersive data storytelling and interactive workshops
- Mentor junior futurists and build the organization's foresight capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, R&D leadership, or futurism with demonstrable impact on long-term planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks implemented at enterprise scale
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Exceptional narrative communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite audiences
- Global network of futurists, technologists, and policy influencers
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis, causal layered analysis)
