Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex financial insights into actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis supporting M&A activities and investment opportunities
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems to improve data accessibility and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs
- Expertise in financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and ERP systems
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial compliance standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear narratives
