Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risk factors
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts supporting $500M+ portfolios
- Prepare executive-level presentations and board reports with clear data visualization
- Lead cross-functional budgeting and planning processes across departments
- Conduct variance analysis and recommend strategic adjustments to financial strategies
- Collaborate with investment teams to evaluate new market opportunities
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate/consulting
- Advanced Excel modeling (VBA, Power Query) and SQL proficiency
- Experience with financial planning software (Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority deadlines
