Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses for multi-million-dollar portfolios
- Lead month-end/quarter-end closing processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Create executive-ready dashboards and KPI reports using Power BI and advanced Excel functions
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support M&A activities and capital allocation decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls
- Mentor junior analysts and present findings to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CFA/CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in public accounting or corporate FP&A
- Advanced Excel proficiency (VBA, Power Query, PivotTables)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
