Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and KPIs to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency
- Conduct variance analysis and provide detailed explanations for financial deviations
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
- Mentor junior analysts and foster continuous improvement in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable business insights
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-level executives
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy
