Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to project revenue, expenses, and profitability trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Conduct deep-dive research on market trends, competitive landscapes, and economic indicators to inform strategic initiatives.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks through rigorous auditing and process improvement.
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
- Support M&A activities by conducting due diligence and financial valuation analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a similar role within the technology or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel (VBA/Macros), and business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
