Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts to support long-term business planning and strategic decision-making.
- Conduct rigorous variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results to identify trends and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare high-level presentations for executive leadership and board meetings.
- Streamline budgeting processes and improve the accuracy of revenue recognition protocols.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and produce detailed reporting packages for stakeholders.
- Assist in M&A activities, including due diligence and valuation modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and experience with BI tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Familiarity with SQL and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a strong plus.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
