Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support long-term strategic planning and forecasting.
- Perform detailed variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets versus actuals.
- Prepare high-level executive presentations and financial reports for internal stakeholders and board members.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to drive operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- CFA or CPA certification is a plus.
