Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and forecasting.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, pricing strategies, and capital allocation decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Present financial data and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Macros) and financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or Hyperion.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence decision-making.
