Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and analysis to support investment decisions and business strategy
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets and forecasts across multiple business units
- Perform variance analysis and identify key financial trends requiring strategic intervention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost management
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market research and competitor analysis
- Maintain accurate financial databases and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate finance or investment services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP functions
- Strong working knowledge of SQL, Power BI, and financial reporting software (SAP/Oracle)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into clear recommendations
- Proven experience developing executive-ready financial presentations and dashboards
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., FMVA) highly desirable
