Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for senior leadership
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and variance reports
- Lead budgeting and planning cycles across multiple business units
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with IT to enhance financial reporting systems and automation
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through clear, compelling visualizations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
