Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards communicating key performance metrics
- Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Lead month-end/quarter-end close processes ensuring accurate and timely reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VBA, Power Query) and financial modeling tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
