Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and forecasting to support business objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders.
- Assist in the development of the annual budget and long-term financial models.
- Perform variance analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting efficiency.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, modeling, or corporate finance.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certification (CPA, CFA) is a plus but not required.
