Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support budgeting and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct monthly variance analysis and produce comprehensive reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against targets.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings presentations and external audit requests.
- Analyze market trends and competitive data to recommend pricing and investment strategies.
- Streamline financial reporting processes using advanced Excel and database tools.
- Support the annual budgeting cycle and manage ad-hoc financial analysis requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP), SQL, and financial modeling software.
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting data to non-financial stakeholders.
- CFA, CPA, or CMA certification is a significant plus.
