Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial analysis and modeling to support budget preparation, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance metrics for executive review.
- Conduct deep-dive research to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that influence the company's financial performance.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and monitor departmental budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Streamline financial processes and improve reporting systems to increase operational efficiency.
- Assist in the annual audit process and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Present complex financial data to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree or CPA/CFA preferred.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, and forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow management, and cost accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and draw actionable conclusions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data to diverse audiences.
- Detail-oriented with a proven track record of meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
