Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and variance reporting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Assist in the budgeting process, collaborating with department heads to set realistic financial targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide recommendations to optimize operational efficiency.
- Perform variance analysis to explain differences between actual and budgeted figures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, planning, and analysis (FP&A).
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and present findings clearly.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder presentations.
