Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to inform strategic planning
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for investment opportunities
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor budget performance and identify cost-saving initiatives
- Evaluate risks and opportunities in regional and national markets
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI platforms
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Knowledge of Gulf Coast market dynamics preferred
