Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Maintain and enhance financial models to accurately project future financial performance and scenarios.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on market trends and competitive landscape.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the finance department and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related area.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is a strong plus.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, including GAAP/IFRS.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-financial audiences.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is highly desirable.
