Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis on monthly, quarterly, and annual results.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes.
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including P&L analysis, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify cost-saving opportunities and operational efficiencies.
- Present financial data and recommendations to senior management and the board of directors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial modeling.
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
