Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the business.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational efficiency and cost reduction strategies.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process and monitor departmental spending against allocated budgets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or a related role.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting tools (Advanced Excel skills required).
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
