Responsibilities
- Perform complex financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting to support long-term strategic planning.
- Prepare accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction and revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain the annual budget and rolling forecasts, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to provide actionable insights.
- Assist in the preparation of board presentations and investor relations materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or investment banking.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with database querying languages (SQL) or programming (Python/R) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
