Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling for M&A transactions and capital projects (> $500M)
- Analyze market trends and regulatory impacts on energy commodity pricing
- Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with 95%+ accuracy
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through data-driven visualizations
- Optimize working capital strategies across 12 business units
- Drive process improvements in financial reporting automation
- Mentor junior analysts on advanced Excel and Power BI techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting with CPA/MBA preferred
- 5+ years in corporate finance or investment banking
- Expertise in energy sector financial modeling (Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven success in managing cross-functional financial projects
- Strong SEC reporting and SOX compliance knowledge
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query, DAX)
- CF designation or active pursuit considered
