Responsibilities
- Lead the monthly and quarterly financial reporting cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Conduct in-depth variance analysis to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Develop comprehensive financial forecasts and budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Perform complex financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations for executive leadership regarding financial performance.
- Streamline internal processes to improve data integrity and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3-5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate accounting.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business narratives.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CFA designation is a plus.
