Responsibilities
- Lead complex financial modeling and forecasting initiatives to support strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
- Develop and maintain robust financial dashboards using Power BI and advanced Excel functions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements with detailed commentary
- Conduct market research and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities
- Mentor junior analysts and improve departmental reporting methodologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment environments
- Expert proficiency in Excel (VBA, PivotTables, complex formulas) and financial modeling
- Advanced experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial compliance standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic business recommendations
- Certification (CFA, CPA) or advanced degree in a quantitative field highly desirable
