Responsibilities
- Develop complex financial models for M&A transactions, valuations, and capital allocation strategies
- Analyze market trends and financial data to inform executive decision-making
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes with 95%+ accuracy
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Optimize financial processes using advanced Excel, SQL, and Power BI
- Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years in financial analysis with Big 4 or top-tier corporate experience
- Expert proficiency in financial modeling, valuation (DCF, comps), and scenario analysis
- Advanced Excel skills (VBA, Power Query) and SQL/Power BI expertise
- Strong understanding of SEC reporting and GAAP/IFRS standards
- Proven track record of driving financial strategy in high-growth environments
- Austin-based candidates with local market knowledge strongly preferred
