In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical insights that influence executive decision-making. You will lead complex financial projects, optimize resource allocation, and ensure the highest standards of financial compliance and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes for key business units.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support capital allocation, M&A analysis, and scenario planning.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct in-depth variance analysis against budgets and forecasts, identifying key drivers and recommending corrective actions.
- Reporting: Prepare executive-level presentations and monthly/quarterly financial reports for the C-suite and board of directors.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 4-7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, preferably within a corporate or investment banking setting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VBA, Pivot Tables) and financial modeling. Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) is highly desirable.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA designation is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, and a strong sense of ownership and integrity.
