Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and industry benchmarks to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accurate financial reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal control frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software
- Demonstrated experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex financial data
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to executive stakeholders
- CPA or CFA designation highly valued
