Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions with precision and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Build strong relationships through personalized financial guidance and product recommendations
- Uphold strict security protocols for cash handling and fraud prevention
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate complex issues to branch management
- Operate digital banking platforms and assist customers with self-service options
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive branch performance goals
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to all banking regulations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic knowledge of financial products (accounts, loans, credit)
