Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including variance analysis and monthly close processes.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-term strategic planning.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost reduction.
- Collaborate with department heads to prepare annual budgets and monitor departmental performance against targets.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise, and data-driven manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required.
- 3 to 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite, is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
