Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis reports for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor budget performance and identify areas for cost reduction.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on market trends and competitive landscape to support strategic planning.
- Oversee the annual budgeting process and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards.
- Present financial findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes using SQL and VBA to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Proven track record of improving financial processes and driving cost savings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
