Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and profitability, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Reporting & Presentation: Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for executive stakeholders.
- Budget Management: Assist in the development and management of annual budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current financial processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations and enhance data integrity.
- Variances Analysis: Conduct deep-dive variance analysis to explain discrepancies between actual results and forecasts, highlighting key drivers.
- Compliance: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP and internal control policies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related areas.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and financial software (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Visualization: Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, concise recommendations for non-financial teams.
