Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
- Develop complex financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure accurate financial planning and resource allocation.
- Identify trends and opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.
- Present financial data to management and stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or corporate finance.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
