Responsibilities
- Perform detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and interactive dashboards using advanced Excel and BI tools.
- Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-financial audiences.
