In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our financial planning and analysis (FP&A) department, ensuring our fiscal health and supporting key decision-making processes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess company performance, profitability, and market trends.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and capital requirements.
- Assist in the budgeting process by collaborating with department heads to set realistic financial targets.
- Monitor variances between actuals and budgets, providing detailed explanations and recommendations for corrective action.
- Perform variance analysis and present findings in clear, concise presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3-5+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related role.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros) and financial modeling software.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SQL is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
