Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Analysis: Develop complex financial models to support capital budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Performance Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI dashboards, for executive leadership.
- Budget Management: Lead the annual budgeting process and manage rolling forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company objectives.
- Cost Control: Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Compliance & Audit: Ensure all financial activities comply with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory standards.
- Strategic Advisory: Provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business growth and mitigate financial risks.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree or MBA preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, or related roles.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Macros), SQL, and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Certifications: CPA, CFA, or CMA certification is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into clear, strategic business insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-financial audiences effectively.
