Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, trends, and market conditions to forecast performance and identify growth opportunities
- Develop detailed financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation purposes
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations for client stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and provide strategic recommendations to improve financial health
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A and investment decisions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environments
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Experience with financial analysis in the Southern California market preferred
