Responsibilities
- Analyze financial statements, market trends, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for quarterly/annual planning
- Prepare detailed reports for executive leadership and board presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and cost management
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting M&A initiatives
- Maintain and enhance financial databases using ERP systems
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Proven ability to translate complex data into executive-level insights
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau visualization tools
- CPA designation a significant plus
