Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvements
- Prepare comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and variance reports for executive leadership
- Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and strategic financial plans
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses to support business initiatives and investment decisions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial controls
- Present complex financial insights to non-financial stakeholders through clear visualizations
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in banking or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex modeling, pivot tables, and VLOOKUP
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and financial reporting tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or CPA designation highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to executive leadership
