Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, expenses, and cash flow with 95%+ accuracy
- Analyze quarterly performance metrics and create executive dashboards highlighting key financial KPIs
- Lead cross-functional budgeting cycles across 5+ departmental divisions
- Conduct variance analysis to identify cost optimization opportunities exceeding $500K annually
- Prepare board-level financial presentations translating complex data into strategic narratives
- Collaborate with FP&A team to implement rolling forecasts and scenario planning
- Maintain compliance with SOX regulations and internal financial controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or investment banking
- Expert proficiency in Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI
- Proven track record of implementing process improvements reducing reporting time by 30%+
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SEC regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to C-suite executives
- Certification in financial modeling or data analysis (e.g., CFA Level II, FMVA) preferred
