Responsibilities
- Analyze complex financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for strategic planning
- Develop detailed financial models and forecasts supporting business growth initiatives
- Prepare executive-level presentations translating financial data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource utilization
- Lead month-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timely reporting
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics against strategic objectives
- Ensure compliance with SOX regulations and financial reporting standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or consulting environment
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools
- Strong SQL and data visualization skills (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial reporting
- Certification (CMA, CPA, or similar) highly desirable
