Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and trends to identify growth opportunities and risks
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and valuation
- Prepare executive-level presentations and reports for stakeholders and executive leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency
- Lead month-end close processes and ensure SOX compliance in financial reporting
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis projects supporting strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in tech or SaaS industries
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Proven ability to communicate complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
