Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and budgeting processes.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance reviews.
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Assess investment opportunities and perform risk assessments to optimize capital allocation.
- Collaborate with department managers to create and monitor operational budgets.
- Identify process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency and accuracy.
- Present complex financial data to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, advanced Excel functions, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
