Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and prepare monthly/quarterly reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Conduct variance analysis between projected and actual results with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with department heads to optimize cost structures and improve operational efficiency
- Lead ad-hoc financial projects including market analysis and investment opportunity evaluation
- Maintain and enhance financial reporting systems for accuracy and compliance

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
