Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive financial models and variance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency
- Monitor KPIs and identify trends to inform business strategy
- Develop monthly/quarterly financial statements and executive summaries
- Lead ad-hoc financial analysis projects for M&A and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
